Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)

Get your Airline Transport Pilot training and get ready for your new career.

Requirements

  • 1500 Hours of flight experience

  • Instrument Rating
Training
  • The standards for the Airline Transport rating are higher than those for a Commercial rating. Generally, the ATP check ride is considered to be an advanced instrument check ride. Additional emphasis is placed on the operation of high performance and complex aircraft.

  • The Airline Transport Certificate is normally required in order to fly for a commercial airline.
